Auto Diagnostics & Servicing in Kenya
Computerized Diagnostics & Mechanical Servicing β No Guesswork.
Crescent Systems Kenya offers vehicle diagnostics and servicing using OBD-II and manufacturer-specific scanning equipment. We cover Japanese, European, American, and Chinese makes β but we only diagnose and service what our equipment and technicians actually support.

| Air Conditioning Service | Gas refill, leak detection, and compressor/condenser checks. |
| Pre-Purchase & General Inspections | Comprehensive vehicle condition checks before buying or after an issue. |
If your vehicle is a hybrid, confirm whether we are trained on its high-voltage systems before booking β see FAQ below.
How a Diagnostic Visit Works
- Initial scan β we read stored and pending fault codes via the vehicle’s diagnostic port.
- Interpretation β codes are analysed against your vehicle’s specific make, model, and known failure points β we don’t just read codes, we explain what they mean in your context.
- Physical inspection β we visually and mechanically confirm the diagnostic reading (sensors, wiring, mechanical components).
- Clear explanation & written quote β you receive a plain-language breakdown of the fault and a fixed-price quote before any repair begins.
- Re-scan after repair β we scan again to confirm the fault clears and no new codes appear before handover.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a diagnostic scan or just routine service?
If you have a dashboard warning light, unusual noise, rough idle, or performance change, diagnose first. Guessing and replacing parts without diagnosis wastes time and money.
Is a scan expensive?
We structure our pricing clearly: [Insert your pricing structure here, e.g., “basic code read is free, deeper diagnostic labour is KSh X”]. We do not charge for unnecessary work.
Do you handle hybrids?
Only state this if your technicians are specifically trained on hybrid high-voltage systems. If you are trained, state the makes (e.g., Toyota, Honda, Lexus hybrids). If not, state: “We currently do not service high-voltage hybrid systems β please confirm with us before booking.”
How often should routine servicing happen?
This varies by vehicle age, mileage, and manufacturer recommendation. We reference your vehicle’s specific service manual interval rather than giving a single blanket figure. Contact us with your make, model, and year, and we’ll advise.
